Sharing & QR

Share what you choose. Nothing you didn't.

A secure link carries specific credentials and documents with specific permissions, for as long as you say. A code opens your profile with one scan. Switch between them to see what each one shows.

Print it, show it, send it. It always opens her profile, so it keeps working as her credentials change.

Share your TrulyMe from your phone, résumé or wherever your career takes you.

  • Résumé
  • Email signature
  • Your phone
  • Application
  • Professional card

The code encodes your permanent profile address and nothing else. Print it once; it keeps working as your credentials change.

Selective sharing

Share a link, not a folder.

Four decisions, in the order the product asks them. The page beside them is what the other person gets, rebuilt as you change your mind.

Choose permissions

  • See credential detailsName, issuer, number and dates. Always included.Always
  • Open documents on screenRead each file without saving it.
  • Download individual filesSave documents one at a time.
  • Download everythingOne zip with every document and a summary sheet.

Send it, and stay in control

Working now. Turning it off stops future access straight away.

If someone downloads a permitted copy while access is active, TrulyMe cannot erase that copy later. That is why downloads are a choice, not a default.

After you send it

You can see what happened to it.

Every link keeps its own record, so you know whether it was opened and what was done with it.

  1. SentYou created the link and gave it to one person.
  2. OpenedThey viewed the page. You can see how many times.
  3. Document viewedThey opened a file on screen, if you allowed that.
  4. DownloadedThey saved a file, if you allowed that. That copy is theirs.
  5. Turned offYou revoked it. From that moment the link stops working.

Revoking a link stops future access. It does not reach into someone's downloads.

If someone downloads a permitted copy while access is active, TrulyMe cannot erase that copy later. That is why opening a document on screen and saving it are separate permissions, and why downloads are off unless you turn them on.

Ready in about five minutes.
