Credential wallet
Everything you need to prove you're ready.
Your licenses, certifications, degrees, résumé and the documents behind them, kept in one private place you maintain once and use for years.
Not a folder. A wallet you carry.
A folder holds files. A wallet holds the things you are asked for, in the state they are actually in. Every credential is a mark on the ring. Point at one to find it.

A document on file backs the record; it is not an independent check. TrulyMe shows each credential with the status it actually has.
Four states. One glance.
The ring and the list always agree. There is no fifth state and nothing is implied.
- CurrentThe expiration date has not passed.
- Expiring soonWithin 90 days. You are reminded before and on the day.
- ExpiredThe date has passed. Renew it, then update the date.
- No expirationA degree, a résumé, a lifetime certificate. Seated for good.
Readiness
Watch time pass.
Drag the day forward. Current becomes expiring soon, expiring soon becomes expired, and the ring tells you before the list does.

Before anything runs out, and again on the day. Update the date once it is renewed and the ring goes back to lumen.
Documents
The file behind the credential stays with you.
Add the card, the certificate or the letter. It backs the record in your wallet, and that is all it does until you decide otherwise.
- On your public profileThe credential's name, issuer and status. Never the document, and never the number unless you turn that on.
- In a share you createThe document, if you allowed it to be opened. Saved only if you allowed downloads.
- Anywhere elseNowhere. Documents are not public, not searchable, and not reachable without a link you made.
A document on file is not an independent verification. TrulyMe says “Document on file” and nothing stronger.
From the first license to the last contract.
The wallet is yours. Add a license, upload a card or two, and it is ready in about five minutes. Free for nurses.
